Florida Custom Surfaces features a cutting-edge fabrication facility equipped with state-of-the-art automation in laser templating and precision CNC machinery for advanced stone-working. This technology allows us to produce complex and detailed surfaces for a variety of products, including countertops, tables, and fireplace mantles. OUR
PROCESS
1. FREE CONSULTATION & QUOTE
To receive an accurate quote, please provide a drawing of your desired countertops along with the measurements Your quote will cover both the labor and materials required for the installation of your new countertops. If you need any help with content for your website, don’t hesitate to reach out!
2. MATERIAL
We look forward to your input on several elements, including the countertop material, backsplash material, edge/profile selection, sink, faucet, and cooktop options. Also, don't hesitate to share any special touches you'd like to add to your space uniquely yours!

3. SCHEDULE & DEPOSIT
Once these decisions are finalized, we will proceed to schedule your project and order all necessary materials. As we get closer to the start date, we will keep you updated periodically. At this time, we will also require a 75% deposit for the work.

4. TEMPLATE
Once the cabinets are installed or the old countertops are removed, we can proceed to create templates and start the project.​

5. LAYOUT
We begin cutting any material, we will return to our shop with the templates, sinks, faucets, and any other fixtures that may impact the countertops. We carefully lay out the templates on the slabs to ensure precise cuts and optimal placement. This step is crucial for achieving the perfect fit and finish for your countertops.
6. FABRICATION
Once we start the cutting process, you can expect your new countertops to be ready in about 10-12 business days. Transforming your slabs into stunning countertops involves a significant amount of labor, and we take great care in our facility to ensure the highest quality product for you.
7. INSTALLATION
Once your countertops are completed and ready for installation, our team of professional installers will deliver them to your home, at which point the final payment will be due. The installation process can vary in duration, taking anywhere from a few hours to a couple of days, depending on the size of your project.
8. CARE & MAINTENANCE
Once the installation is complete, we'll guide you through the essential steps to care for and maintain your new surfaces. This will ensure they remain beautiful and functional for years to come.
